...freddy has arrived...

Frederick Charles Joshua Parkins was born at 06:33 on Wednesday morning weighing just short of 7 pounds. Barring the inevitable bruises and stitches both mother and baby are well.

According to Sarah he's lovely.
According to Helene (who's probably a bit more objective) he really IS lovely - not all squashed and red like some newborns.

Congratulations to Sarah. Well done!

Can't wait to see him.

Note to all Cambridge people: make sure she does her pelvic floor exercises. We don't want the little chap growing up with baggy-vag resentment.
